The goal of this project is to obtain a set of playbooks and rule books and other important pieces of Dungeons and Dragons so that we can incorporate more fun into social skills role-playing activities. I have found that a lot of the skills we teach in social skills group overlap with those that can be incorporated into tabletop Role-Playing Games (RPGs); the most famous of which is dungeons and dragons. I already have a group running a very ragtag RPG of my own creation and feel that a more established set of rules and world would benefit my students even more. By donating, you are helping my students have an opportunity to use critical thinking skills and social skills to make choices and help each other go on a fantasy adventure, all while learning new skills they can apply to their day to day life.
