I am looking to gather materials to put together a touchscreen board for my classroom. Rather than purchase an expensive and unreliable SMART board, a tv screen for my classroom can be converted easily to a touchscreen. This project is important because I teach 2nd graders who need multi-sensory ways of learning. With this in our classroom, students will be able to learn in a variety of different ways, as opposed to traditional pencil and paper techniques. A UBI Touchscreen can be easily added to the tv to give students a virtual world to engage in. This new technology also makes showing videos and songs much easier for younger students. This will be purchased outside of Donors Choose because of its specifications.
