With new HP computers, students will be able to use the newest versions of design and coding software and will be able to take those skills with them to college and the workforce. Each year, students design the robot from scratch. Then, once they build it they also write all of the code to control the robot in competition. Students will learn the C++ coding language as well as Autodesk Inventor and Soliworks on these machines. Our current computers cannot support both so we have only one laptop for design and one for programming and students aren't able to learn both.
