First and foremost, I want to thank you for visiting my page. I have been teaching for over 17 years now and I am not afraid to beg, borrow, or cajole to get my students what they need to learn. I heard about donorschoose.org and I couldn't wait to get started on projects. My philosophy of education is simple. It is my goal to make learning fun and relevant. Sounds simple, but not always achievable with increased demands, curriculum changes, and high stakes testing. We walk a fine line to maintain the balance of enthusiastic learning and rigor in the classroom. I strive to think outside the box and deliver the "goods" to my students. Their academic and personal needs are my number one priority. I will always do what is best for my students. With your gracious generosity, their needs will be on a fast track to being met.
