Finding ways to record clear audio for student projects in our middle school has been challenging. Our Digital Media Arts class needs sound booths. This project will provide microphones and soundproofing materials for two table top recording boxes and one full sized sound booth that will allow several collaborative groups of our talented young animators and filmmakers to record at the same time, in our limited space. The microphones I have requested have best quality at a reasonable price. They will be used to add audio to student written films and animated stories using Adobe Creative Cloud. The foam I have requested will be used to soundproof the two 18 gallon plastic totes and a closet to buffer exterior noise and for clear recording. The totes will serve double duty as protected storage for equipment.
