The wobble seat allow for young students to have movement in a save controlled way. Regular chairs do allow for students to rock, wiggle or strengthen core muscle groups. This stool is designed to rock without tipping over with the child like a regular chair would. It also is designed to gently roll with the a child's natural movements. Students will be able to fidget in their seats and not force their bodies into unnatural static positions that normal chairs require. This chair will work back muscles and their restless energy. Kindergarten students always need a way to use their wiggles in a way that allows them to learn. These chairs will allow for that to happen in my classroom. I am not one that requires a child to sit still to do their work. I encourage movement but regular chairs don't allow for this to happen safely.
