Teaching at an inner city school in Long Beach in which the school is supported by the Title One branch. When i first walked into my classroom there simply only broken furniture and a bare walls! My classroom and students were handed to me with no prep time. I have slowly transformed the classroom to a more welcoming home but there is still so much more these students can have to better experience their K-5 school experience. Especially in Kindergarten!
