I am honored to be teaching in a 5th grade classroom in an area where kids have seen more negative in their few years than most adults will ever see in a lifetime. All my students are on free lunch and come from homes with very little. I am trying to make school their happy escape, where they can dream bigger than they ever thought possible, and hopefully one day, get to see all the positive and help change the world!

About my class
