Learners range from kindergarten to second grade. Class size ranges from 8-12 students with three TAs and one teacher. We run large group at times alas you are more apt to find us leading small groups in 2:1 or 3:1 ratios. Learners are largely on the autism spectrum with some learners that are found with other impairments that make them eligible to attend this classroom. Learners and their academics are supported well in this room due to those smaller ratios. While adhering to general education standards, these learners have modifications and/or accommodations as to meet the learners where they are so that they can move forward with more ease and less stress.
