Having my students create posters using markers, colored pencils, scissors, and chart paper allows them to show their thinking and learning on a larger scale and infuse their artistic creativity into our language arts work. I also love to create anchor charts to show specific strategies and have important information on display for students as we work toward reading and writing mastery! These basic supplies will not only aid me in displaying important reading and writing strategies on our classroom walls, but they will also help my students showcase their learning on posters! Please consider helping me help my students!
