The materials that I am requesting are not quite exactly for students but are for the hardest working people in the building, the teachers. As an instructional coach, it is my job to give teachers what they need and want because at the end of the day, they deserve it. I work with some of the hardest working teachers I've met and they deserve a coaching corner where they can come in and feel comfortable. I also work in a run down old church so these teachers do not have the nicest working condition. Again, they deserve the best. I want to give teachers a space where they can feel comfortable talking to me about difficult conversations, be able to vent or just put their feet up if they need to. These teachers work tirelessly day in and day out and deserve a nice "coaches corner".
