I am excited to be offering a new elective class this year to help teens navigate adolescence. The class is designed to provide students with helpful tools and strategies to understand and manage their stress as well as, a healthy space to learn more about themselves. We will be covering a variety of relevant topics and plan to practice active yoga each and every week. These basic yoga kits will enable students to actively engage in movement and mindfulness in class. The supplies will give each student the opportunity to build strength, balance, and strategies to identify and manage emotions in a healthy way. Om! Namaste!
