Many students get restless and bored from sitting in their desk all day long. I know I went a little stir crazy when I was in Elementary School. I would really like to get a rug where they can go and sit comfortably to do some work, listen to a great book, or read on their own. This is also a great spot to have good classroom discussions. I can bring my students over to the rug to teach them about all subjects! It is so important for students to feel safe and comfortable in the classroom and I know a good rug will provide that for them.
