Students will use the Yoga blocks and Yoga Mats every day for 15 minutes during our Yoga block. Students will be able to use their Yoga mats and blocks as a "calming station" activity when they are struggling. Students who are remote learners will be able to participate in Yoga "live stream" with students in the class. Students will have their individual mat and block safe for participating during COVID. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their social and emotional achievement.

About my class
