Our middle school is located in coal country in Eastern Kentucky. We are a close-knit community focusing on the needs of our young people. We are striving to defy Time magazine's label as one of the hardest places on Earth to live as determined using household income, educational attainment, and other stats. This school year I have 15 students in my seventh grade math class and 42 eighth grade math students. We strive to give our kids the edge they need to be college and career ready. Because it takes a variety of resources to reach students of varied abilities, we need your help. Please help me help our kids by donating to our classroom.
