My students need to have exposure to books to gain understanding of the world around them. Reading books that follow our science and history curriculum is vital. In science we will read and learn about astronomy, human body, history of the earth, animal habitats. In history we study early Americans, American Independence, and Frontier Explorers. I want to share my love of reading and the world with my students. Having the books I need is vital to this process. While the curriculum is good, having additional books to share with students and for them to look at and read can go a long way sharing my love of learning and the world.

About my class
