Rich and diverse literature in our classroom library will allow my students to see themselves in what they are reading. Quality literature will encourage them to read more and keep them engaged. I believe that helping my students develop a love for reading will help them learn and grow across the curriculum. I am hopeful the success and confidence they find this year through reading will follow them into their middle school and high school years and beyond. I have been out of the classroom for many years working in another capacity for my district and previously gave my classroom library away. Help finding a quality library would be amazing.
