Giving students options for where they want to work is important in their learning process. I have seen students get their work done quickly when given the option to choose where they would like to work. Options that a child can choose from on their own make them feel important and will encourage them to get the job done. By donating to our project, you will be helping to promote children’s choice and also help me create a learning environment where the students feel like they matter! The products that I have chosen will give my students the choice of where to sit and do their work. I have seen my students more engaged and focused when given the choice of where to complete their work during the day. My students are noticeably more engaged in their work and less disruptive of their peers when they are given a choice of where to work.
