Welcome! Thanks for considering donating to my project! I am trying to improve my students music education by taking them to see the Kansas City Ballet perform the Nutcracker. Some of my students take dance class and are familiar with the story of Clara and her Nutcracker Prince and the land of the Sugar Plum Fairy, and might have even participated in a production of the Nutcracker. For those students, it will be exciting to see a professional ballet company perform it. Other students may not have had any exposure to telling a story through dance and the opportunity to go on this field trip will be a new, real life experience of bringing a story to life through music, dance, and theater. Either way, with your help, this trip will create a magical memory for my students!
