The students in my classroom are bright intellectuals that are full of potential. They are full of energy and brilliant ideas to help lead our world to a better future. My class utilizes project-based curriculum in order to develop the skills they will need in order to have successful careers. We work to expand their worlds beyond the walls of the classroom, promote civic engagement, and encourage the love of learning. My students need more resources to help them reach their full potential. Many of my students are living in poverty. Also, our school is constantly undergoing budget cuts which further limit the resources available to my students.
