This is my first year teaching middle school, and my students and I are learning a lot, like what supplies we do not have. In our building we have one printer for all of middle school, and it is two hallways away from my classroom. When my students are researching for their projects for the science fair, I am going to have to send them across the school to get their information off the printer. On top of that, my computer and printer do not consistently interface. We need an HP printer and replacement ink because I cannot access the school printer when needed. Having a printer in the classroom will decrease the disruptions to learning that happen when we need to print something.
