Come into my classroom and you will observe my students actively engaged in their learning. They love to build with blocks, create art, and read a variety of literature. My kids love to use maps, microscopes, and magnets. My students are eager and curious to learn about their world and beyond. Every student begins the year with unique needs and challenges; YET each one them has the ability and desire to acquire and apply skills necessary to be successful. My students inspire me to find creative and innovative approaches to provide many wonderful learning opportunities for them. I love the challenge of meeting them where they are and building on their strengths.
