My students are bright, young, and motivated. They are like all high schools students across this country, they want to fit in, have the right clothes, the right shoes, the right friends, and the right phones. Unfortunately about half of my students are also on free and reduced lunches because of the poverty level at the school that I work at, but that does not stop them from wanting to do their best and be their best. My students are also very ethnically diverse. They come from all over this world and bring all types of wonderful background knowledge with them. Our school serves them the best that we can. We serve in an area that contains socio-economic levels from the highest to the very lowest with a huge diverse population. The staff works very hard to help our students be successful in every way possible.
