As a first year teacher, this school year has been a challenge to ensure my students are accessing their curriculum virtually. I want to do everything that I can to make my students feel comfortable and safe with the return of in person learning. The desk and seating will make a tremendous difference with my student's focusing needs. Wipe and go desks allow for increased engagement during math, and easy cleaning to ensure safety of my students during COVID-19. The option for flexible seating has been paramount in increased focus for my students with learning disabilities during distanced learning, and this classroom seating will help sustain their focus and engagement in my sessions through the return of in person learning. Thank you for your time and consideration of my project!
