It's amazing to view the day through the eyes of a kindergartener. They come in so excited to learn and eager to take on the new adventures of each day. I teach them that it is okay to make mistakes. It is through the risks they take and powering through these challengings tasks, where they learn to navigate without giving up which develops resilience and determination. I continue to build upon their academic foundation through both large group and small group instruction. I make sure there is time for collaboration as well as time for independent work. I keep a welcoming yet engaging classroom atmosphere. I love my kinders.

About my class
