My scholars must keep up with and have the proper tools to spark an interest in math. Math is used every single day and the interest of my scholars must be kept and challenged. Students in my classroom tend not to like math so having the right tools to make the work and concepts more achievable are very important. My school doesn't have a large supply of calculators, so I would like to have our own calculators so that we are not a burden on other math classes. As we grow in our math standards and in grade levels, we get to the point where we needs additional tools and calculators will help a lot.
