We are a Medical Magnet High School in California in a low income area. Roughly 45% of our school is Latino and 55% African American / Black. 60% of our student population is female. Students at our school have expressed an interest in science as a possible career path. We have a high graduation rate (over 92%) and the vast majority of our students go on to attend four year universities across the United States.
