Our school promotes physical activity and play. Every student receives at least 30 minutes of Physical Education per day. Our lunch period is 45 minutes and 25 of those minutes are supervised outside time. Also, many teachers allow recess time. Every student here would benefit from recess equipment. If we had a central storage unit that contained general recess items, each class would get to use the equipment during their outside time. Teachers would not have to transport their own equipment or go borrow from the gym. Specifically, we need a storage box to protect the items in the evenings and on the weekends as our playground is open to the community after school hours. Also, we'd like it stocked with a variety of equipment: balls, bats, bases, jump ropes, etc.
