My classroom is a warm and inviting environment. I am a believer of students having "choice" and a "voice". By implementing flexible seating, it will promote success for my students in everyway! Autonomy is key, and flexible seating will encourage those to be bold, independent, collaborative, and take risks. The excitement that forms in the classroom is priceless. My students are better workers, willing to strive "outside of the box", and take their schooling to a more serious level when given the option for flexible seating. They work for it! They do not jeopardize their option to choose. Flexible seating is the wave of the future for ALL learners. It's a win win for everyone!
