SPORTS MATTER AND SO DOES HEALTHY KIDS!!! I have requested my list because my students come from a community where my staying healthy, being fit and playing sports are becoming more difficult. The students will be able to use the FitDeck cards to teach themselves and others exercises they can do on their own to stay healthy when they are outside of school. I believe that student-athletes need the opportunity to stay healthy and fit since we do not have access to a gym, they can improve on their overall health to help them become better athletes in middle school and moving into high school.
