The majority of my students have special needs such as autism, emotional disturbed, learning disabled, ADHD and multiple disabilities. These children attend public school in New York and many are below the poverty level. With all the issues they face they still love to have fun and learn new things. At times there are triggers that make them feel unsafe, it could be a siren outside or a slight change in their environment which sets them off.

About my class
