Welcome to my page! I am a General Music teacher at an AI/STEAM school, and my mission is to help my students 1) take risks 2) make mistakes and 3) get messy! Learning is meant to be an exploration, and that is exactly what I want my students to embrace. By experimenting and creating, students are more likely to think more creatively, retain information, and improve recall. In order to guide my students to the best of my abilities, I need the resources and materials to make it happen. Approximately 60% of my students are from low-income households, and there are materials they will need that I must provide for them. My students are so driven and so eager to learn, I cannot deny them an experience just because my budget or my wallet cannot support it. With YOUR support, my students will be able to not only have those experiences and thrive in them, but remember them forever.
