My students are hard working chemistry students who want to make sure that they can succeed in preparation college and the workforce. They attend a suburban public high school that is still feeling the crunch of the recession. These students come from a wide variety of socioeconomic background, including some who are homeless. No matter what their setbacks, they continue to work hard to do their best.
