My fifth grade students work hard every day to combat all the social challenges playing against them. The come to school wanting to grow and learn. They are eager to become leaders in this world and need the opportunities to prove it! Our school, PS 41 Gun Hill Road, Bronx, works diligently to create a safe warm environment for all of our wonderful students. They love reading and writing and completing real life challenges in math. Many of my students are English Language Learners, which add an extra challenge to their learning, but still they persevere. We are excited to join Donors Choose and thanks you in advance for any help you can give!
