teach math in an urban, public school in Rochester, NY. My school is a K-12th grade building where we encompass the saying "We are crew, not passengers". I have the pleasure of looping with my students. This year I am teaching 7th grade and I will also teach them next year in 8th grade. They are curious and crave hands on, inquiry lessons. They push me daily to provide them with learning experience that prioritize deep thinking and provide them the opportunity to make sense of things.
