My goal is to establish a safe and welcoming learning environment where students can be comfortable and open to being themselves. With this important classroom material, our first graders will be able to achieve that goal. Our students will greatly benefit from using this classroom material as it serves as a staple part in our daily routine. Students at this age need to communicate and interact with one another constantly and with this Fun with Phonics carpet, we can do so every day! Not only will it serve as a morning meeting area, but it will help support students in learning, playing, and connecting with one another.

About my class
