Here at our school, we are all about MOVING! In order to increase movement and recognize the importance of health and fitness we have a new class called...Neuro Fit Lab! I am fortunate enough with my degree in elementary education, certified personal trainer, and a nutritional coach I get to impact the lives of each student. Having the students enjoy fitness in a safe and loving environment is my top priority. Because I work with all different age groups I need a variety of weights in order to fulfill each students potential. In my classroom I strongly believe in the connection between the brain, physical activity and academic performance. We are doing everything we can to provide opportunities that allow the to get up and move. More importantly, the skills they learn now can follow them for years to come!
