I have noticed life-changing differences in my students when they are successful in finally being able to read on their own! Self-confidence goes through the roof and their excitement for reading spreads like a wisteria sinensis and morning glory vines! Picking their own books to read, that are new and noticing sight words on their own will enable the students to continue to foster their love of reading. Leveling the playing field with current reading materials gives my students a chance. My students have a variety of learning disabilities and are challenged to academically compete with their peers. By providing excellent supplemental educational materials that are current and enticing to the students, this will enable the students to succeed one level at a time at their pace and be WINNERS
