I teach in a title 1 funded school. For the last 2 years I have DIY'd flexible seating for my little ones. I have many diagnosed ADHD and ADD students who really need to have an outlet. Throughout the day, we have many brain breaks and strategies that we use during the day. They truly benefit from these great seats. They can bounce when needed and use their core muscles when needed and help them to really focus on the academic work.
