My students have so little and I want to give them so much more. All of the students here come from homes below the poverty line, and I want them to have the chance to experience something that can influence their lives. Our classrooms offer homework help and academic enrichment sessions mornings, lunchtime and after school. These snacks will fuel our children. Granola bars, cookies, and fruit snacks are the perfect snacks for our kids. Our school bends over backward to help our students as much as possible, but budget cuts have severely decimated funding and I just can't afford to give them everything they need. Often time’s student’s come to me saying that their stomach hurts because they haven’t had anything to eat. This is why I am here asking for support. Thank you in advance if you choose to fund my project!
