Our school has the privilege of having a large,diverse population. We are located in a border city in West Texas and have one of the largest military bases in the nation. Our children come from different economic and social backgrounds. The majority being low income families. Many come from struggling families with lower levels of education. Our district is undergoing some major budget cuts, therefore, funding for resources are limited. The majority of materials and supplies are paid for by our teachers. With your donation, you can help me offer my students some engaging and fun activities that promote working and learning together.
