If we are able to create our vegetable gardens, we hope to share with you our experience as farmers and the ways in which we use the foods we grow to maintain a healthy lifestyle for ourselves and our friends and families. The organic gardening tool starter kits will provide us with the building blocks necessary to begin our journey as farmers. The students will also learn how the food we grow is brought to the people of the community, and how many of the foods we eat on a regular basis are what we consider to be "farm to table". We are very excited to be able to share what we create with those who have helped us active our goal!
