My students are preparing to have a science exhibit for their guardians/parents during the school's parent conference. They worked hard to prepare for this up coming event, but our classroom was flooded and all what my students worked hard for were all damaged. With your help, my students will re-construct some of their damaged projects so they can push through with their exhibit. Through this endeavor, they will learn how to persevere despite hindrances in their lives. True grit will be learned when students learn never to give up. The materials and snacks that you will render will encourage my students to believe that there are people who care and who believe in them that they can succeed in life.
