What does a 21st century work space look and feel like? Companies like Google, Facebook and Apple all offer flexible seating to their employees. We want to mirror those companies in their success!! Let's allow children to move as they learn and provide the space to collaborate! Flexible seating allows them to stand which increases oxygen flow to the brain, blood flow and core strength. Physical activity is linked to higher achievement. Moreover, research supports the idea that English Language Learners need interaction to be more likely to learn the language! My students would be thrilled and appreciative of your donations!
