My tiny little first graders are craving more and more knowledge every day. They come from a small town in rural South Carolina where the closest access they have to shopping centers is at least an hour away. Many of them don't have books of their own at home, and a few can't even afford the paper and pencils required of them at school. They love technology, games, challenges, and pretty much all academic subjects. They are bright, funny, kind, loving, and have big dreams. I see such potential in each and every one of them, and am privileged to help shape and mold them for the future.
