The requested resources will make a huge difference in the lives of my students. Providing my students with dry-erase boards and Expo markers will allow them to collaborate and learn from each other as they become more proficient math students. Additionally, dry-erase boards provide instant feedback that will allow me to quickly form small groups and work with those that are struggling. The beauty of dry-erase boards is that mistakes can be easily corrected without having to rework the entire problem. This is a huge bonus for students as they wrestle with learning new mathematical concepts. Different colored markers can be used to differentiate between methods to arrive at the correct answer or to highlight errors that can be discussed and corrected. Dry-erase boards and markers simplify the learning process and provide additional opportunities for collaboration!
