I am an early childhood special education teacher in an urban school. My students come to school with a range of disabilities and work together to help everyone succeed. Many of my students come to school without the experiences that we take for granted. I am creating a classroom that will allow us to be actively working and learning together in a play-based, developmentally appropriate environment that is engaging and creates life-long learners who believe in their abilities.
