My project will help promote hands-on-learning for young children by helping them build a strong foundation in reading, math, social emotional and art skills that will promote success. For example: the alphabet locks will help with learning alphabet sounds as they turn the key to unlock a new and exciting item. The counting trains will help students learn how count as they put their trains together in an orderly fashion. The social emotional cards will give children visual and verbal cues on how to express their feelings in an appropriate manner.
