Computers are an essential part of today's classroom. In my technology class, students learn various computer skills and are introduced to a variety of digital resources that enable them to explore, learn, and create. I am always amazed by the work of students when they are given adequate time to work and resources. The problem I encounter is not enough devices to accommodate all students. Students have to "share" desktop computers in my classroom. My ideal classroom would give every student access to a computer every time he enters my classroom, without sharing. My students get excited when given the opportunity to demonstrate their learning by creating a digital project! All of my projects require computers. I need more computers. For this reason, I am asking for three laptops to add to my classroom computer lab. This will get me closer to meeting my goal of a one-to-one classroom. It will also bring excitement to my students and enhance the learning environment. Please consider donating to my project.
