Students these days are connected digitally and digital is what can interest them. They have never tried animation nor photography in their art classes and I want to allow them to continue to be successful with technology in this digital age with the iPad Pros. Students will explore the art of stop motion animation with moldable clay and even make their own set designs while using the iPad Pros and the apps to allow them to be creative. They will learn many ideas of photography such as perspective, forced perspective, rule of thirds and more while using the iPad Pros. They have never made animations before! So this would be their chance to explore this great and popular medium. They also have never made online portfolios which is a great tool for them to keep their learning organized and sorted byusing specific apps on the iPad Pros. My students struggle with keeping themselves organized so this is a great opportunity for them.
